All’incrocio di tre grandi arterie viarie romane, la Clodia, la Cassia e l’Aurelia, Vetralla (il cui nome sembra derivi dal tedesco Wetter Halle – stazione di sosta) è un posto ideale per vivere la tranquilllità della vita di provincia con la possibilità di raggiungere in poco tempo le opportunità di una città, le bellezze naturali del centro Italia, le antiche e magiche testimonianze del passato.

Con mezzi propri: da Roma si può percorrere la SS Cassia direzione Viterbo oppure l’Autostrada A1 direzione Firenze, uscita Orte da dove si può prendere la Superstrada Orte-Civitavecchia ed uscire a Vetralla
Con treno ed autobus: da Roma e da Viterbo ci sono treni ed autobus ogni mezz’ora circa

Our b&b Isola is in the countryside about 1 km from the town of Vetralla, in the province of Viterbo.
Vetralla (apparently from the German “Wetter Halle” or stopping place) is situated at the intersection of three ancient Roman roads.
It is an ideal spot to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside and the natural beauty of central Italy, with its countless artistic and architectural vestiges of a glorious past, but lies within easy reach of Rome and several major towns.

By car: from Rome, take the SS Cassia to Viterbo, or the A1 motorway for Firenze and exit at Orte and take the Superstrada Orte-Civitavecchia and exit at Vetralla
By train or coach: trains and coaches from both Rome and Viterbo pass through Vetralla on an hourly/half hourly basis
